I just purchased one of your apps for my iPad, do I have to buy it again to have it on my iPhone?
Nope! All you have to do is purchase the app once and it will be available on all of your devices. No need to purchase the app more than once.
Will your apps work on my iPhone or iPod Touch?
You bet! My apps work on all iPads, all iPhones, and the iPod Touch. So you are good to go!
I just purchased one of your apps, but it seems like the audio isn’t working. What’s going on?
If you’re using an older device, this might do the trick: could you check to see if that cute little lock button above the volume switch of your device is off? That very well might be the case. I have had that happen to me SO MANY TIMES (haha!). Also, there might be a chance that your device’s case (especially the ones that also have a keyboard) is blocking that whole portion. So, you would have to temporarily take the device out of its case because sometimes the shell completely covers it up. And if you’re using a newer device, this might do the trick: could you double tap the home button to bring up your device’s control panel? Then, you can click the little bell silent mode on/off. If you can’t hear the sound from the app, there’s a good chance that the silent mode is on.
Can your apps be used on a Windows PC or Mac?
No, my apps only work on iPads, iPhones, and the iPod Touch.
I have a Kindle, Nook, Droid tablet, etc., will your apps work on one of those?
No, at this time my apps only work on Apple devices. However, I am looking into possibly expanding my creations over to some of those. Please consider joining my newsletter to keep up-to-date on those possibilities. People on my newsletter are always the first to know.
